Marcus Laun is a consultant to micro- and small-cap ventures. Marcus specializes in alternative energy, Chinese Investing  and technology investments. He has successfully grown and advised companies in Food and Beverage as well as consumer products as well. Mr. Laun is also a current Advisory Board Member of Nurture Inc (Happy Baby Foods).   Mr. Laun was a Vice President at Chardan Capital Markets during 2011 and worked for Wynston Hill Capital from 2009 to 2011.    From 2004 through 2008, Mr. Laun held various senior positions at Knight Capital Group (the largest equity market-maker worldwide) As a Managing Director of Knight, Marcus led transactions exceeding $500 million.  From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Laun was founder and CEO of Hype Inc. which controlled the exclusive rights to HYPE Energy Drink in North America.Mr. Laun is also a current Advisory Board Member of Nurture Inc (Happy Baby Foods). Prior to this, Mr. Laun was a vice president of corporate finance at Brean Murray & Co., Inc. and a research analyst atGreenwich High Yield LLC and Mendham Capital Group LLC.    Mr. Laun received a Masters’ in Business Administration degree from Columbia University and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
